Last Saturday, January 25, another health school for dear babushkas was held. The training was attended by 12 people, 10 of whom were examined and then received individual doctor’s recommendations. Also during the event there was a lecture on “Therapeutic physical training with elements of rubber band use”. Also, as the coach, professional gerontologist Gulyayim Dzhaparova says, the babushkas, excited by the alarming news about the new coronavirus, asked her to provide full information about it.
