Administrative volunteer

We frequently search enthusiastic volunteers who can help a few hours or days a week in our office. Do you have knowledge of one of the following areas: organizational development, marketing, web-designing, photography, editing and translating texts (Russian-English)? Then we would like to hear from you!

Administrative volunteer

Babushka Adoption is looking for an enthusiastic administrative volunteer who would like to contribute to the sponsor department.

We are looking for someone who:

Is communicative and is able to answer the phone
Can enter data of our elderly and sponsors in our database
Is able to write down biographies of the elderly
Can translate letters to and from sponsors (English-Russian)
Can help with the compilation and processing of surveys
Can help with prepare event materials
Is accurate and result-oriented
Speaks either Russian and/or English fluently
Has a heart for elderly
